Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a StickyPaper subscription and how to request a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

14-day trial

New accounts can use all subscription features for 14 days. No payment is taken during the trial.

The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When the trial ends, you can choose whether to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, you will not be able to use the Service until you do.

How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel in either of these ways:

  1. In StickyPaper, go to Settings as a parent and press Cancel in the Subscription section.
  2. Email info@stickypaper.co.za and ask us to cancel it.

You can cancel at any time and there is no cancellation fee. We will confirm your cancellation by email or in the Service.

Cancellation stops future renewal payments. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you can continue using paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made.

Refunds

Apart from the cooling-off period, these refund offers are our own policy. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other right you may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

How to request a refund

Email info@stickypaper.co.za from the address registered to your account. Include the date and amount of the payment and, if available, the PayFast transaction reference.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through PayFast to the original payment method, and always within 30 days of cancellation. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on PayFast and your bank.
